IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors/consultants.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Provide regular project updates and dashboards to senior management.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee the development and delivery of IT solutions (software, infrastructure, or systems).
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Experience managing projects in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall environments.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
