Job Summary:

mTouch Labs is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing Agile software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for web and mobile application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, developers and QA testers.
• Need to create BRD, FRD and sprint planograms
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure project delivery is on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain documentation and generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of project management experience in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Need to have experience on creating 3rd party services like DLT Platform for message service, Payment gateway account activation, Play console activation(Play Store) and Apple Developer Account activation(App Store).
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum-based projects.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,791.83 - ₹73,415.55 per month
