We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects in a fast-paced service-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring quality standards are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing industry-best project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Methodologies & Tools:

• Utilize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for project execution.
• Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Manage project documentation and reporting efficiently.

Risk & Change Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Handle scope changes effectively while maintaining project constraints.
• Ensure proper budget allocation and cost management.

Stakeholder Communication & Team Collaboration:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure seamless communication.
• Work closely with technical teams, designers, and business analysts to align project objectives.

Technical Understanding & Coordination:

• Basic understanding of PHP, Flutter, GIT to effectively communicate with development teams.
• Knowledge of Figma and Whimsical for UI/UX collaboration.
• Experience with React and Node.js to understand project requirements and feasibility.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL) for handling project-related data.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Delivery Management.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Microsoft Project, or other project tracking tools.
• Experience in risk management, change management, and budget control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience in IT services or software development industry.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
