Job Description
We are seeking an 8 -10 Years experienced and highly organized IT Program Manager to lead a strategic HR transformation initiative. This role requires managing a broad stakeholder landscape, aligning impacted applications, and ensuring timely delivery of program milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and a track record of driving complex programs with ownership and accountability.
A key success factor is the ability to track and report program progress, risks, and dependencies using structured tools and frameworks. The candidate should be proficient in tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint, and capable of creating executive-ready presentations and KPI dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
About the Role
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a major HR change program, including the coordination of multiple workstreams and impacted systems. A key part of your role will be to drive alignment across large digital landscape, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and progress is concisely tracked, and actions marked.
Additionally, this resource shall be responsible for planning and handling deployment of in-house custom applications. This would involve planning cutover activities, identifying, and mitigating risks impacting the go-live of these applications.
Success in this role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at navigating complex conversations with tact and professionalism—able to push for decisions and signoffs while maintaining strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a major HR transformation program, ensuring coordination across a diverse stakeholder group, applications, and business units to drive alignment, timely decision-making, and effective communication.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, timelines, and communication plans.
- Deliver concise, insight-driven reporting by distilling complex program data into clear, actionable KPIs and visual summaries that enable quick, informed decision-making by leadership.
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-structured, current, and easily accessible.
- Coordinate across workstreams to proactively identify and resolve risks and dependencies.
- Drive change management and communication efforts, ensuring momentum and alignment across impacted teams.
- 8–10+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in SaaS platforms and solid understanding of SDLC frameworks.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and application development initiatives.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and change communication platforms.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and executive communication.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, learn quickly, and deliver results independently.
- Good to have: Scrum Product Owner, PMI certifications, or Agile Mastery.
