Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized IT Project Manager to manage and oversee multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.

· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.

· Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

· Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project timelines.

· Ensure resource availability and allocation.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation and report progress to senior management.

· Lead regular team meetings and status updates.

· Ensure all projects adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

· Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

· Strong communication skills with clients for both written and verbal interactions across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in IT project management or software development project coordination.

· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).

· Technical background or experience working closely with development teams is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
