IT Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope or timeline.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in line with client expectations and company standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent communication to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and team practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Background in IT idustry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
