About Us:

All Indian IT Services LLP is a fast-growing IT & digital solutions company offering cutting-edge web and mobile development services across industries. We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and leading teams working on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and React Native based development projects.

This role requires someone with excellent project management skills, strong coordination capabilities, and a deep understanding of both web and mobile development workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate development teams working on MERN Stack (web) and React Native (mobile) projects.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.

Prepare detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep development on track.

Ensure that developers follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Regularly review progress with development leads, ensure code quality, and handle escalations.

Provide clear communication and progress reports to clients and senior management.

Guide and support team members to help them grow technically and professionally.

Ensure successful deployment of web and mobile apps to production and relevant app stores.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 + years of experience in the IT industry, including 2+ years in managing development teams.

Strong technical understanding of MERN Stack and React Native development processes.

Proven experience in leading multiple web and mobile projects from start to finish.

Proficient in Agile project management methodologies.

Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Git, Slack, etc.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

Project Management in Software Development: 5 years (Required)

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
