Job Description

The IT Project Manager is a highly skilled professional responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the realm of information technology. The IT Project Manager's primary focus is to oversee the development and implementation of IT projects, while managing risks and resources effectively. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of IT projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain positive engagement.
• Develop project documentation and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with project teams to discuss progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders regularly.
• Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in project management within the IT sector.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills necessary for the role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management capabilities.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus for applicants.
• Proficiency in project management software tools like Microsoft Project or JIRA.
