IT Project Manager

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Project Manager to assist in managing various IT and digital projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the senior IT project head to coordinate tasks, ensure timely project delivery, and facilitate communication between different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and report updates to the senior IT project head.
• Identify potential risks and provide solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure all documentation, project reports, and status updates are maintained.
• Communicate with clients or internal departments to understand project requirements.
• Support in resource allocation and task assignments.
• Facilitate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or IT-related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycle, and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
