Overview
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Banking, Payments, and Digital Channels to lead large‑scale delivery initiatives.
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex banking/payment projects.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog management, estimation, and story slicing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage key stakeholder
- 8–12 years of project delivery experience.
- Strong background in Payments, APIs, Payment Gateways, and Banking systems.
- Good understanding of ISO20022 & Payment Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Confluence, SharePoint, Kanban/Trello.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications like ITIL or PMI‑ACP are a plus.
