Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Mumbai / Andheri Experience: 5+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and a track record of managing end-to-end IT projects within timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria. • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA professionals. • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement contingency plans. • Ensure efficient resource allocation and task prioritization. • Maintain clear documentation of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide project updates. • Ensure adherence to IT security standards, compliance, and best practices. • Evaluate new technologies and suggest process improvements. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in IT project management. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud solutions. • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
