IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Monitor project expenses and manage budget adjustments as necessary.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks.
• Assign responsibilities and ensure team members understand their roles.
• Track project progress and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project performance.
• Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues and conflicts promptly to keep the project on track.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among team members.
• Generate detailed project reports and documentation.
• Present project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
• being willing to help with various tasks and deal with problems at work without causing needless drama for the staff and management, handling problems with complete professionalism and respect, and establishing a strong connection between the Indian developers and team and the stakeholders abroad.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years managing IT projects.

Skills:

• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource management.
• Proficient in using project management tools (e.g. Clickup).
• Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
