IT QA Analyst

• Bachelor degree/BTech in Computer Science or related discipline or 2+ years of experience as a QA/Tester
• Must have 1+years of Manual testing experience
• Experienced Test Engineer with a strong hands-on in creating Test design, Test cases, with extensive experience in Manual, System and Functional Testing
• Having strong Integration testing knowledge
• Good to have IVR domain knowledge
• Experience working with QA Best Practices in relation to Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of testing any IVR applications
• Having experience in any test management tool (preferably Azure DevOps)
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive features to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good logical sense, strong technical skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
