Job Overview

We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for an IT Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with digital marketing insights to support and enhance our online presence and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both technology and marketing software, with the ability to integrate tools to streamline processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, etc.) using relevant software tools.
• Website Maintenance & Optimization: Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience. Utilize tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Software Integration: Analyze, implement, and integrate various marketing technologies (CRM, email automation platforms, analytics tools, content management systems, etc.) to streamline operations.
• Technology Solutions: Identify and recommend software and technologies that can improve digital marketing performance, reporting, and overall efficiency.
• Automation & Reporting: Set up and manage automation workflows for marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and generate reports for marketing performance.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for marketing and sales teams on tools, software, and applications, ensuring everything is functioning efficiently.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, IT, and business development to align on digital strategies, integrations, and data flow.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

· Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT or technology integration within a digital marketing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year

• Day shift
