Enterprise Mobile Device Management (EMM) Expert – MS Intune & SCCM Specialist

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead the full lifecycle management of Microsoft Intune & SCCM from design to operations, in a complex, international, multi-team environment.
• Define, draft, and maintain Group policies, procedures, and standards related to the management of mobile and desktop endpoints, ensuring robustness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to IT best practices.
• Ensure governance and high performance for all deployed solutions, upholding a strong service culture with stringent zero-defect expectations.
• Guarantee the operational condition and lifecycle management of the platform concerning security, updates, patch management, and advanced reporting .
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and deliver robust reporting for control, audit, and continuous improvement .
• Provide expert technical support, incident management, and resolution of complex issues across the entire EMM/MDM perimeter.
• Collaborate closely with international IT teams, business stakeholders management, contributing to continuous process improvement with a focus on operational excellence .
  
  

Profile/Skills

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as an EMM expert, specifically with MS Intune and SCCM, in international, multi-team environments .
• Advanced technical mastery of Microsoft Intune, application management, endpoint configuration & security, troubleshooting, advanced reporting), and of SCCM.
• Strong process and governance culture, with hands-on experience in ITIL frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain policies, standards, SLAs, reference documentation, and security guidelines.
• Excellent scripting abilities (PowerShell mandatory), automation expertise .
• Advanced reporting proficiency (Excel, Power BI) .
• Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills .
• Ability to operate in a demanding, multicultural, and structured environment.
• Exposure to other MDM/EMM solutions on the market.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration is an advantage.
• Proven experience migrating or integrating EMM tools in complex environments.
