Degree : Bachelor of Information Technology - BIT | Bachelor of Computer Science - BCS | Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology - PGDIT
Required Knowledge :
Primary Responsibility :
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

Required Knowledge :
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
Primary Responsibility :
- Take backups, monitor anti-virus software patches.
- Daily Monitoring of IT Help Desk of his location and do analysis and create strategy to reduce the calls.
- IT Infrastructure project rollout assigned by Corporate IT.
