Join Our IT Team in Chennai 
We are looking for an Junior IT Support Analyst in Chennai who will be part of our global IT team of experts and work closely with Head of Department in Lithuania. In this role, your finest task will be to provide support globally in different geographies from Chennai.  

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Registering all inquiries in our ServiceDesk system (ServiceNow).
• Providing assistance with installing, setting up and rolling out PCs.
• Getting involved in problem solving, equipment testing and configuration.
• Preparing and error handling of computers, tablets, and mobile phones.
• Conduct webinars and make video-guides.
• Prepare technical and support documentation.
• To provide technical support for COWI's applications and hardware equipment.
• Aiding conference and meeting rooms, printers, and other onsite technical equipment.

On top of that, you should have: 

• A degree in IT with 1-2 yrs. of relevant experience and preferably have an ITIL certification.
• Knowledge about Microsoft product bundle, including but not limited to installation and configuration
• Hands on experience with MS Office suite
• Understanding about computer network principles and practice
• Very good English skills in writing but particularly verbal
• Hands on experience with CAD systems, SharePoint, MS Exchange would be also considered an advantage
