Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support & Data Analyst to manage system updates, provide technical support, maintain network infrastructure, and analyze business data. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT support, software updates, networking, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & System Maintenance:

• Install, update, and troubleshoot software and applications on company systems.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure system security and perform regular maintenance checks.

Network & Data Management:

• Monitor and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
• Assist in setting up and managing LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
• Backup and recover data as required.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, clean, and analyze business data for decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics.
• Identify trends and insights from data to improve operational efficiency.

Back Office IT Operations:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT assets.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, software licenses, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with other departments for IT-related improvements.

Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support and data analysis.

✔ Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, MS Office, and networking basics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel (advanced), or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus).
• Ability to troubleshoot system and network issues efficiently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Weekend availability

• Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
