IT Support cum Backend Executive

Overview

We are looking for candidates to join our IT and backend support team. This role involves providing technical support, handling backend operations and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.

Monitor IT systems, backups and basic server tasks

Maintain IT inventory and backend documentation.

Coordinate with vendors

Support backend tasks such as data entry and Real-Time Monitoring of systems, operations or workforce performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting using Advance Excel and internal tools.(PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for reports and dashboards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

knowledge of computer hardware, networking and Windows systems.

Good communication skills in English.

Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.

Freshers with strong academic knowledge are welcome.

Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
