IT Support Engineer

Overview

Position : IT Support Engineer

Location: Guwahati

Qualification: BE/BTech (IT/Computer Science/Electronic)/MCA/MSc IT)

Age limit: Maximum 28 Years

Experience: 0-3 Years Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Working with Windows OS, Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Computer/desktop operations with Microsoft documents/Excel/PDF/PPT and other applications.
• Managing backups, Database Knowledge, Report generation
• Computerization works, preparation of legacy data and uploading.
• Monitoring, managing and assistance in scanning of documents, data entry and other legacy data work
• Coordination with government authorities and other stakeholders
• Troubleshooting, providing L1 support and technical support on-site or remotely.
• Working with ticketing tools.
• Keeping records of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
• Any other work assigned.

Requirements:

• Complete Knowledge of Windows OS, smoothly operate Excel, PowerPoint and similar word processors.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, hardware and networking systems such as LAN, WAN switch, router, modem, printers, scanners, webcams, UPS, RAM, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi English and in local language.

1. Educational qualification in other branches may also be considered for candidates having relevant required skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
