IT Support Engineer

Overview

Responsibility:

• Good in communication: English / Gujarati preferred language. .
• Effective coordination with internal Team members and Clint
• Prepare and submit MIS report.
• Eagar to learn functional aspects of business applications.
• troubleshooting skill.
• Be ready to travel in Maharashtra if needed.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent support.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
