
Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for hardware/software issues.
Coordinate with client teams for system updates or repairs.
Maintain records of service logs, incidents, and resolutions.
Ensure uptime and functionality of assigned systems/devices.
Serve as the communication bridge between client and Dell or HP support team.
Follow up on escalations and complete assigned tickets within SLAs.
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in Workstations (Dell and HP)
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
1–3 years in a technical support or desktop engineering role.
Experience working in client environments is a plus.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
