Key responsibilities
Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via remote or on-site support.
Installation & configuration: Set up and update operating systems, applications, and devices
System monitoring & maintenance: Track server health, apply patches, perform backups, and maintain system security
User support & communication: Assist non-technical users, create support documentation, and conduct training sessions.
Documentation & escalation: Log tickets, document resolutions, and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
