Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure: systems, networks, routers, switches, and firewalls
Provide technical support to staff and students for software/hardware issues
Install and troubleshoot VFX and design-related software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Maya, Nuke, etc.)
Ensure timely software updates and system backups
Monitor lab systems for performance, connectivity, and security
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and inventory management
Support classroom tech setup (projectors, smartboards, etc.)
Key Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong troubleshooting and networking skills
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and relevant VFX software installations
Experience working in educational or media environment is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
