Overview
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Support/Network Engineer Intern to join our team.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in network troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Monitor network performance and report any issues to the IT team.
- Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in setting up and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Support hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Maintain documentation related to network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on projects related to network security and optimization.
- Learn and apply best practices in IT support and network management.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, etc.).
- Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on experience with real-world networking issues.
