Overview:
Kaizen Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced IT professionals/vendors to provide Annual Maintenance Services (AMC). The role includes end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine system checks, updates & cleaning.
- Breakdown Support: Onsite/remote troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and network issues.
- Network Support: Basic maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls & connectivity.
- Remote Helpdesk: Phone/email support with issue logging and ticket resolution.
- Asset Management: Maintain IT inventory and software license tracking.
- Reporting: Submit monthly maintenance and issue resolution reports.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or relevant field
- 0-1 years’ experience in IT support or AMC services
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and networking basics
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
