Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, ensuring network stability, and supporting smooth IT operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Manage company email accounts, user access, and security permissions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and monitor data backup systems and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Support CRM platforms and internal business applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and warranty support of IT assets.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and system records.
• Assist in network administration and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Technical Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience managing office IT infrastructure and end-user support.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and basic network security concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.
• Experience with IT asset management and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity tools and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
