IT Support Engineer Fresher

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer Fresher to join our dynamic team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while providing technical assistance to our employees. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents.
• Document and track issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees by setting up their IT equipment and accounts.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Knowledge of common software applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus programs).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
