Role : IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator.
Experience : 3 to 4 years.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for IT support (JIRA, phone, email).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and networks.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding IT setup, user briefings, and asset handling.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure AD (SSO, MFA).
- Endpoint management via Intune (device compliance, app deployment).
- Support Office 365, VPN, AD, antivirus, firewalls, and security tools.
- Maintain inventory, documentation, and ensure IT policy compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalations (Lenovo, ISPs, etc.)
- Basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, :
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, AD, Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune.
- Familiarity with networking (IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN tools, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to support offshore teams and work on-call when needed.
