IT Support Executive

Overview

Position: IT Support Executive/Desktop Support

Experience-Fresher to 3 years

Location-Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and collaboration tools.
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with hardware components, peripheral devices, and mobile device management.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualification:

IT certifications such as CCNA or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are preferred.

Flexible for 24*7 shift timings

All Sat & Sun are fixed off
