Job Title: IT Support Executive
6 Days Working/ Day Shift
Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to our staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hardware and software of the company, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Support:
· Install and update software applications.
· Assist employees with any software-related issues or errors.
· Ensure all software is up-to-date with the latest security patches.
Network Support:
· Assist with internet and network connectivity issues.
· Help set up Wi-Fi connections and troubleshoot networking problems.
· Trouble shoot, Managed network issues, knowledge of sip phones and cctv, Access controls.
· May need work on site or off site work
· IT stock inventory and management
End-User Support:
· Provide timely technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
· Train employees on basic IT practices like software usage and password management.
· Create and maintain documentation of common issues and solutions.
Security & Maintenance:
· Ensure that antivirus and firewall software is properly installed and up to date.
· Perform regular system backups and assist with data recovery if needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic Technical Skills:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification in basic IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
Work Environment:
- The role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to different office locations if required.
