Overview
We are looking for freshers or candidates with 6 months experience for the IT support executive position. This is an entry level position with opportunity for growth in the future.
1. Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience2. Candidate should have strong SQL skills and application SDLC knowledge
3. Good Communication skill
4. Languages known (Hindi, English, Gujarati. Other will be advantages)
4. Soft Spoken and Quick learner
5. Able to work in shifts (Day and Night)
6. Able to understand and respond to customer's operational query
7. Ability to manage multiple urgent issues in parallel
8. Ready to work at a remote location.
9. Candidate should have own laptop
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
