Overview

• Expertise
• Managing IT infrastructure, end user computing and management of peripheral devices.
• Inventory management and asset lifecycle.
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of ticketing process and prior experience of working on ITSM and ticketing tools
• Working on remote support tools
• Hands-on Experience
• Applications
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Microsoft Office tools
• Antivirus applications (Seqrite, Symantec, Windows Defender, etc. and handling the admin console).
• Compliance applications like encryption, DLP, authentication systems, logs
• Networking and Network devices like switches, firewalls, routers, access points, etc., troubleshooting and security.
• Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, Proxy server etc.
• Backup solutions for desktops and servers
• OS Installation and system hardening of computer systems and servers
• Helpdesk or Incident Management systems. Ensuring timely updates and closures of tickets.
• Experience of handling CCTV, Access control related issues and conducting the 1st level of troubleshooting.
• Cloud technologies and administration
• Vendor coordination for raising tickets and ensuring closure
• Data center / Network room operations
• Basic knowledge
• Maintaining, patching, and updating client systems SCCM
• Organization level Information security protocols and compliance
• CRM and basic operations.
• Personal skills
• Languages - English, Hindi (Read, Speak & Write Mandatory)
• Good verbal communication
• Eagerness to learn and find solutions by themselves
• Ability to handle tasks independently
• Time management and prioritization skills, demonstrates the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
