IT Support Executive for Hospital

Overview

Requirement for IT Executive for a reputed Hospital in Ghaziabad to manage and support its hospital information systems, networks, hardware, and software infrastructure.

Experience Required: 2–3 years
Qualification: BCA / MCA
Department: IT / Hospital Information Systems

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and troubleshoot hospital software and ensure system uptime.

· Provide technical support to all hospital departments for hardware and software issues.

· Monitor and maintain hospital network, servers, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.

· Perform routine system backups, data security checks, and user access control.

· Ensure proper functioning of biometric, CCTV, printers, and other hospital IT assets.

· Coordinate with vendors for software, hardware, and AMC-related matters.

· Manage hospital emails, licenses, antivirus, and firewall systems.

· Assist in implementation and upgrades of hospital IT systems and infrastructure.

· Maintain documentation of IT assets, incident logs, and technical issues.

· Provide end-user training and support on new systems and updates.

Required Skills:

· Strong understanding of Operating Systems, Networks and hospital software systems

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of data security protocols and IT compliance

· Effective communication and ability to support non-technical staff

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a healthcare environment
