Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
2. Manage system installations, updates, and configurations for both local and remote setups.
3. Coordinate with the U.S. operations team to ensure seamless functioning of dental practice systems.
4. Monitor IT systems, perform backups, and resolve technical incidents in real-time.
5. Maintain documentation of IT procedures and support logs.
6. Support the setup and maintenance of dental software and digital systems.

1. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

5. Knowledge of remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP, etc.).
6. Understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setup, and basic IT infrastructure.
