Overview
Job Title: IT Support Executive / IT AdministratorJob Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT professional to manage and support all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, support end-users, and maintain network security and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide first-line support to users for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Network Management: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections. Troubleshoot network issues and manage firewalls and routers.
- Software Support: Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus, and enterprise software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
- Data Backup & Recovery: Ensure regular data backups are conducted and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor IT security measures, including user access controls, antivirus, and firewall protection.
- Asset Management: Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses, track IT assets, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- User Training: Educate employees on best practices in IT usage and cybersecurity awareness.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors for software, hardware, internet services, and equipment maintenance.
- Email & Communication Systems: Manage company email accounts, troubleshoot email-related issues, and support communication tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Zoom).
- Website & Server Support (if applicable): Assist in maintaining the company website, internal servers, and hosting environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration (1–3 years minimum preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS) is a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Should have inhouse server maintenance.
- Ready to go and close issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
