What You'll Do:
The IT Support Specialist will provide support to the end users with a variety of technical issues they may experience. You must be comfortable working with a variety of operating systems, software applications, and hardware, as well as experience with documenting issues via a ticketing system.

The IT Support Specialist will provide support to the end users with a variety of technical issues they may experience. You must be comfortable working with a variety of operating systems, software applications, and hardware, as well as experience with documenting issues via a ticketing system.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Resolve IT Helpdesk support tickets in an efficient and professional manner
- Support current and changing aspects of our IT environment, including macOS / Windows, and mobile devices, etc.
- Administration of and support for Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Confluence/Jira) and other SaaS tools
- Work on IT related tasks as directed by supervisor
- 3-5 years of experience related to Information Technology. Specifically, in an Application/Desktop/IT support role
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, SaaS applications, and a basic understanding of networking technologies
- Experience with administering a variety of SaaS applications
- Jira or other ticketing systems
- Desire to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail
- Okta (or similar) identity management software
- JumpCloud
- Atlassian products (Confluence/Jira)
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
- Good understanding of AI tools (Google Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
