Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team at Magnus Hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to hotel staff and ensuring the seamless operation of technology systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network management, and maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure to enhance guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hotel staff on hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication systems.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to various systems and applications.

- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data integrity and backup procedures are followed.

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized technical support and maintenance.

- Maintain inventory of IT supplies and equipment, ensuring that all devices are functioning optimally.

- Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of IT systems and software applications.

- Document and track IT issues and resolutions in a helpdesk system, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

**Qualifications:**

- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field; relevant certifications preferred.

- Previous experience in IT support role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with common operating systems .

- Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with Wi-Fi technologies.

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
