Role Overview
As an IT System Admin, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues while ensuring system availability, security, and smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with internal teams to provide reliable IT support and gain hands-on experience across IT administration and system management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for laptops, desktops, and IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely and on-site.
• Monitor and maintain systems, including configuration, patching, automation, hardening, and upgrades.
• Ensure system and server uptime, availability, reliability, and security.
• Implement and manage access control, backups, and firewall configurations.
• Assign and troubleshoot IP phones.
• Handle servers and Microsoft-based software environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot network printers and access issues.
• Manage and resolve LAN and WAN network issues.
• Maintain system documentation, including configurations and network diagrams.
• Install, configure, assign and test new hardware and software.
• Monitor system activity to ensure security and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain test environments for development and testing.
• Conduct basic security assessments and vulnerability checks.
• Assist in testing system functionality to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• CCNA or MCSE certification is preferred.
• Internship duration: 6 months.
• Based in Bangalore (HSR Layout).
• Must be able to commute to the office daily.
• Based on performance during the internship, the candidate may be promoted to IT Executive after completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
