As an IT technical support officer, you'll install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems.

Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Diagnosing technological issues
• Help customers resolve technical problems themselves
• Identifying hardware and software solutions
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment
• Creating documentation for technical support purposes
• Debug applications and implement upgrades
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
• Document all fixes and investigations
• Managing multiple cases at one time
• Resolving network issues
• Suggest workflow improvements in it processes
• Training end users

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
