Job Title: IT Faculty – Full Stack JAVA & Full Stack Python

Job Description:

The IT Faculty is responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in programming languages such as Full Stack Java and Python to engineering students. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment, designing curriculum, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and assessing student progress.

Job Location: Thane Station Road / Airoli / Dombivli

Experience: 3 to 6 years (Only experienced candidates should apply; freshers are not eligible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Instruction: Conduct classroom lectures, workshops, and hands-on sessions to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in programming languages. Knowledge of Full Stack development/Data Analytics is an added advantage.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and application of programming concepts.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in IT, programming languages, and Full Stack development to update course content and teaching methodologies.
• Lab Management: Oversee lab sessions, ensure proper functioning of software and hardware, and assist students during practical sessions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to enhance the quality of education, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to academic planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java and Python. Knowledge of Full Stack development and Data Analytics is an added advantage.
• Teaching experience or a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
