Job Summary:

We are looking for passionate IT Trainers to join our Training Academy in Trichy. Ideal candidates will possess practical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a learner-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging classroom/online sessions for students.
• Train students on:
• Graphic Design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• UI/UX concepts (Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframing)
• Debugging & coding techniques (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python/Java)
• Conduct live projects, assignments, and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and code review.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends & tools.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design flow
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS and debugging logic
• Good command of English and Tamil (preferred)
• Classroom/online training experience is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Prior EdTech or teaching experience
• Portfolio of personal or student projects
• Familiarity with LMS platforms or screen-recording tools
