IT Trainer

Overview

Job Summary:

The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on basic and advanced computer skills to youth and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) enrolled in the skilling program. The trainer will ensure effective curriculum delivery, maintain training records, support assessments, and assist learners in becoming job-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions on IT fundamentals, MS Office, typing skills, internet usage, email writing, digital literacy, and basic troubleshooting.
• Teach employability-related technology modules such as communication tools, online platforms, and workplace digital tools.
• Adapt training methodologies to meet diverse learning needs, including PwD trainees.

Curriculum & Content Management:

• Follow the prescribed curriculum and training schedule.
• Create presentations, assignments, and practice exercises to enhance learning.
• Ensure training materials are accessible and updated.

Assessment & Documentation:

• Conduct periodic assessments, quizzes, and final evaluations.
• Track attendance, maintain trainee progress reports, and update batch sheets.
• Prepare training-related documentation as required by the center or donor.

Student Support:

• Provide mentorship, academic support, and individual guidance to trainees.
• Coordinate with mobilizers, counselors, and placement teams for smooth trainee progression.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Participate in center meetings, review sessions, and reporting activities.
• Share daily/weekly training updates with the project coordinator.
• Support placement activities by preparing trainees for interviews and digital tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
