Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Job Summary:
Udayan Care is looking for an IT Trainer to deliver computer education and digital skills training to youth. The trainer will help students build technical knowledge, improve employability, and support their career development through practical and classroom-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in basic and advanced computer skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, tests, and learning materials.
• Conduct classroom sessions and practical activities.
• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain attendance, student records, and progress reports.
• Support data entry, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities.
• Maintain computer systems, software updates, and training resources.
• Organize workshops, educational events, and community outreach activities.
• Assist with student enrollment and mobilization efforts.
• Coordinate with program teams to ensure effective training delivery.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field (BCA/MCA preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in IT training, teaching, or education.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and computer applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic troubleshooting and computer maintenance skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Passion for education, youth development, and community work.
