About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, with hands-on experience in deploying applications on any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

You’ll build high-performance, scalable backend systems and work on enterprise-grade cloud-native solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory Skills:
• Strong core Java (4+) programming skills
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related frameworks
• In-depth experience in Microservices architecture and development
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with any Cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container-based deployments
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Preferred Add-ons:
• Kubernetes / Helm / Terraform
• Kafka / RabbitMQ / Other messaging systems
• Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Work in an Agile environment with regular sprints and standups
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4–14 years of relevant experience in Java backend development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,900,000.00 per year
