Overview
Capgemini is Hiring: Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs for efficient communication between services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in API management and documentation tools (Swagger, Postman).
- Good knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
