In This Role, You Will

• Design and manage technical design, drive the transformation and innovation
• Lead and guide POD to deliver business outcome with future state architecture
• Review the deliverables and ensure the quality of the product.
• Follow quality process and quality improvement initiatives
• Its Technical Lead Role to design and manage technical design, drive the transformation and innovation.
• The candidate will be part of strategic initiative IT team which is responsible for design, develop, maintain and support the solution with a focus on performance improvement with the full automation of DevOps processes and procedures.
• Guide Pod leads to deliver business outcome with future state architecture
• Troubleshoot defects and come up with sustainable solutions.
• Work with end to end teams from requirements analysis to production rollout.
• Interact with a large global team to come up with strategic solutions.
• Build sustainable software with quality, reusability, scalability and supportability.

• Require strong hands-on React, Core Java, JAVA8, Springboot, Microservices and JUNIT. Primary skillset is React AND Java
• Candidate with strong hands-on tools Jenkins, Git Hub, Splunk, Maven, SonarQube, Checkmarks and APPDynamics.
• Candidate with strong hands-on HTML5, CSS, Typescripts.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Skills in trouble shooting Applications deployed on any of the industry standard Front end – React
• Experience in working in DevOps and Agile model.
• Contribute towards building strong technical team.
• A pragmatic approach to delivering modular and extensible code.
• Experience in leading the module/project end to end (Estimation, Planning, Deliveries)
• Good knowledge on JIRA and Confluence.
• Exposure of Banking domain.
• Knowledge on Cloud / AWS / GCP
• Sound verbal and written communication to interact with global teams.
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure, especially AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration, particularly with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with best practices in version control using Git and managing pull requests, CI/CD triggers, and Jenkins jobs.
• Ability to resolve pipeline issues by analyzing logs from Jenkins or other associated integrated systems like Cyberflow, Sonatype IQ, ICE API, and ServiceNow APIs.
• A pragmatic approach to delivering modular and extensible code with a strong emphasis on automation and efficiency.
• Good exposure to tools and practices related to monitoring and logging (e.g., Elastic, Splunk, AppDynamics). Knowledge of Cloud/AWS/GCP
• Exposure to the banking domain is a plus.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global teams.
• Hands on experience with threat modelling and strong technical understanding and experience of assessing vulnerabilities and identifying weaknesses in diverse enterprise IT assets
