Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PCF Microservices Spring Boot and Java 8. Experience in SWIFT and Wire Payments is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PCF Microservices Spring Boot and Java 8. Experience in SWIFT and Wire Payments is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using PCF Microservices Spring Boot and Java 8.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable software systems.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application of best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement security and data protection measures in software solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software solutions.
- Possess strong experience in PCF Microservices Spring Boot and Java 8.
- Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and developing scalable and reliable software systems.
- Show expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing feedback.
- Be knowledgeable about security and data protection measures.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience in the financial domain specifically SWIFT and Wire Payments is a plus.
- Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Nice to have experience in Spring integration.
- Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
