Role Overview:

Wissen Technology is looking for highly skilled Java Developers with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in product development, ideally from premier institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier Engineering colleges in India.

You will be part of our high-performance product engineering team, solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and working in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment. Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Java applications.
  
  

• Participate in architecture and design discussions; build scalable and maintainable systems.
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features end-to-end.
  
  

• Translate complex business requirements into simple, functional solutions.
  
  

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; contribute to code reviews.
  
  

• Proactively identify technical issues and implement efficient solutions.
  
  

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development processes.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on Java development experience in product-based environments.
  
  

• Strong in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  
  

• Practical experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
  
  

• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  
  

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  
  

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  
  

Preferred Background:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or similar Tier-1 colleges.
  
  

• Experience in building applications from scratch (not just support/maintenance).
  
  

• Recognized for contributions in past roles (e.g., awards, promotions, high-impact projects).
  
  

• Ability to develop and deliver faster.
