Java Developer

About this position:

We are eagerly seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years’ experience for a Java Developer, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role within the team to who is a skilled professional with exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, and data visualization, preferably with Financial Domain exposure. You will collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain software applications at scale

Impact you will realize: Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Implement and optimize caching mechanisms and integrate with message broker systems.
• Ensure the quality and performance of code through testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve applications.

Key skills you will require:

Primary Skills

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with caching technologies (e.g., Redis, Hazelcast).
• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, MQ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Aptitude for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Secondary Skills:

• Functional understanding of financial services or related domains.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
